Until we head off on the trip to the west coast! And finally my net connection appears to have settled down. The cold weather has - according to the local provider - caused issues with upload speeds here. And we're trying to get them to upgrade us to the promised higher speeds, but we're not in the immediate upgrade area... not buying that, as the map says we are. Oh well, I'll deal with that when we get back. So, plan is this. Lots of pictures, and artwork when we're on the road. To the west coast trip. I'm really looking forward to this, and the idea of the trip is keeping me from going utterly insane in a bad way - yes, I do believe there can be good versions of insane. After fifteen years of marriage, we're (my husband and myself) finally getting a honeymoon - well, sort of. We're going on a road trip to the west coast in March, driving from Minnesota to Seattle, before we work our way down the coast to San Francisco, then onto LA, Las Vegas, Sante Fe, and then finally home. A little over two weeks without the kids - and it's not a work trip! Considering the most we normally get is a weekend away in Fargo (about 45 miles away from our home) we're excited.
